Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Technically innovate: Provide leadership to strategic technical or tactical decisions at a project and platform level by contributing to high-level innovation feasibility studies; regularly solve sophisticated problems before they become problems. Key challenges include vapor/plasma etching, selective wet etching, surface prep, and high aspect ratio drying technologies.
  • Technically Focus: Has the vision and technical skills to relate technologies and business plans of group and other group’s projects; actively builds Micron intellectual property; aware of external technical advancements substantiated with an understanding of the state-of-the-art.
  • Impact Results: Leads Micron IP into successful technical readiness and transition to program integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience working as a Wet Process development engineer in an R&D environment preferred.
  • Experience in DRAM or Memory is preferred.
