JOB POSITION

Must have 3 to 7 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual and Automation), preferably in Health care domain

Minimum 2 years of hands on testing experience in ORMB area
Good understanding of ORMB configuration setup like pricing eligibility criteria, Pricing setup, customer set up, TFM Rules , Account & Customer management, etc.
Should have good Knowledge on Agile methodologies including agile ceremonies (SCRUM, Sprint planning, Backlog grooming and retrospective

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Primary Duties:

Develops and supports Oracle RMB implementation including upgrades and ongoing maintenance activities.
Test cases execution using manual and test automation tool
Give the demonstration to customer testers, business user for test cases
Use of tools like Confluence wiki, JIRA
Work collaboratively with development and solution architect team for test case execution
Create the test evidence document and publish the test execution results
Should be flexible to support additional tasks of Release Management, Defect prevention activities, reviews etc.

QUALIFICATION

Graduates having Bachelor degree from College/University of repute
Working experience in relevant field

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in Software application testing, with minimum 2 years in ORMB area.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Effective Organizational, time-Management and decision-making skills Expert analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee defects and result validation.
Good in verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and identify ambiguity and drive for clarity Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
Agile – Scrum/Kanban
Hands on experience on automation (Selenium) preferable.
