  • Leading, driving, implementing highly scalable and complex solutions

  • Utilizing analytical skills to developing new features, as well as, enhancing existing features and troubleshooting problems.
  • Leading software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
  • Taking ownership of features and code bases, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Suggesting enhancements and providing input on products and features developed by the team.
  • Providing status updates to stakeholders and escalating issues when necessary.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years of enterprise product development experience
  • Should be strong at Java programming language.
  • Should be strong at Java Script and Angular
  • Should be strong at Object Oriented design and SOLID principles.
  • Should be strong at Algorithms and Data Structures
  • Good to have knowledge on Spring and Spring boot.
  • Good knowledge on Cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes etc.

You are great at: Provide Level-3 support to ITOM BVD tenant(s) for all incident alerts received from monitoring systems, tickets, and end-users. Configure BVD/Optic reporting within the OpenText ITOM environment.  In addition, you will be looking to expand your skills and help support and integrate other reporting capabilities within the OT Optic Data Lake integrated with the monitoring capability across ITOM.  In addition to the operational role, you will be required to support future configurations and project related activities for new tenants, or continued Dev/Op development. Support the response to Major Incidents to ensure a timely restoration of service. Perform diagnostics to remediate detected and reported incidents. Support change and release management activities by executing documented procedures. Data quality, dashboard, and report configuration in ITOM. Driving governance, standardization, and scalability across the ITOM environment. Document and improve procedures, knowledge articles for use by OpenText global IT Operational Teams. Able to take business requirements and provide solutions, documenting designs and communicating directly with business functions, project delivery and BAU activities. On / Off-Cloud installation and configuration of all APM requirements: Integration: SMAX, ITOM Tooling (APM, OO, OBM) Reporting: Event and performance dashboards Release Management: Integration and upgrades in-line with all ITOM tooling including SMAX and 3rd party products + Manage, support all future releases covering: Enhancements, Bug fixes, Known issues.
