We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with a B. Tech degree in Mechanical or DME and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design or Agricultural Equipment design. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Creo 4.0 modules such as Sheet metal Modelling and Detailing, Hydraulics pipe routing, and preparing 2D/3D concept drawings and Bill of materials. They should also be proficient in tube routing, Hose routing, and have a good understanding of Hydraulic components. Light Design of structure (Fab and casting) experience is required. Knowledge of Wind-chill PDM and GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards is essential. Strong communication skills are a must.

Job Description

Basic Qualification: B. Tech (Mechanical)/ DME

Overall work experience: Minimum 4 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design

CAD Tool: Should have 3+ years hands on experience in Creo 4.0 modules as below
- Sheet metal Modelling and Detailing
- Hydraulics pipe routing
Excellent hands-on experience with Creo modelling prepare 2D/3D concept drawings & prepare Bill of materials.
Experience in tube routing, Hose routing, ex Like Suction line, Delivery line, power steering line & fuel line) using Creo-piping module and creation of its drawings .
experience in selection of Pipes/Hoses, their end-fittings and has good fundamental knowledge of Hydraulic components
Good understanding on hydraulic layouts basic principles
Light Design of structure (Fab and casting)
Good understanding and reading complex drawings
Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
Working knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.
Independent work executer with little support
Good communication skills – both written and oral
