Full Job Description: Band C ( Assistant manager/Deputy manager)-

(EMEA, NAM, APAC, INDIA and INDIA Branches.)- 1 FTE- insource.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
  • Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
  • Payments - Domestic, A1, A2, Tax payments, Statutory payments
  • BRS – Manual and E BRS for 50-60 bank accounts in total during monthend.
  • Bank charges reconciliation
  • Month end reports
  • G/L analysis
  • Support to Management reports on Daily, weekly, and Quarterly
  • Cash Management and inform on the shortfall
  • Loan working capital, short-term, long-term tracking – Interest and Repayments on time
  • Accounting via TRM- Investments, Borrowing and FX
  • Manual Fund transfer in Bank portals
  • Intercompany reconciliation.
  • Manual Journal entries.
  • Cash Pooling and coordinating with various teams.
  • Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
  • Manage relationships with financial service providers.
  • Manage, direct, and develop Cash Management and prepare various reports around it
  • Work with various Cross border teams and support on account opening, borrowing requirements, investments and facilitating the treasury requirements by liasoning with various teams stakeholders in India team and abroad
  • Knowledge on SAP HANA and TRM.
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor / master’s degree in accounting/Finance.
  • MBA from reputed institute.
  • General knowledge of GAAP and accounting
  • Hands on experience on SAP HANA
  • TRM
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position/Role
