Amazon is seeking an BA to support the Wireless Category team. We are looking for a strong candidate who will take ownership and drive preparation and monitoring of business and Financial metrics.


Key job responsibilities
Job responsibilities
1. Prepare dashboards on various metrics including inputs for P&L preparation
2. Metrics and Reports - Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
3. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools. Automate data templates and reports
4. Build a SQL repository for adhoc requests and reports
5. Develop and Train Biz Ops for organizing and reporting where automation not possible

Responsibilities:
The successful BA should be able to demonstrate:
1. Strong Excel and SQL skills along with experience in any of the following Power BI/ Tableau or AWS Quick sight
2. Passion for converting data to insights, building frameworks for decision making, high attention to details and data fidelity
3. Communicate thoughts clearly and good verbal command
Attention to detail, ability to do in-depth data mining, methodical approach to work while also seeking to understand the big picture
4. Results driven with the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
