Automation Group is seeking a Test Automation Lead with extensive experience in Automated Testing. The candidate should also have hands-on test experience with AI-based models and generative AI. A good understanding of data privacy and security testing, as well as working knowledge of DevOps and Agile/ALM tools, is required. The candidate must have high-impact communication and presentation skills and be eager to explore and understand new technologies and tools. Experience in Continuous Testing and DevSecOps is desired. The candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Automation Testing and be able to lead and guide a team. Additionally, the candidate should be able to do Test Automation framework design, performance analysis, and create test plans. Knowledge of DevSecOps, Cloud, ALM, SRE, and AI is preferred.
