JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As an experienced Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. If you have a deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, we invite you to join us.

Requirements

More than 4 years of Exp. in application development on ServiceNow platform
Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skills
Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development
Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports
Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow
Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field ; or equivalent related professional experience
Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player and team builder
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
