Job Description: -
This position will be responsible for managing the entire end to end employee engagement of sales employees of new acquisition
Drive various HR initiatives to engage and motivate employees that helps in increase of sales productivity
Design and conceptualize various programs (spots, contests) for the sales force
Sound knowledge of creative & graphics designs for employee & partner engagement activities
Create and publish creatives and posters related to Spots & Contests, and other internal communications
Managing the Employee Rewards & Recognition Events with Cross Functional teams
Support current and future business needs through the people connect like Employee Ticket handling and timely resolutions
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure effective employee engagement
Skills Required:
Excel Pivot, Excel Dashboards, go to market, GTM, HR initiatives,
Attributes:
Self-Driven.
Good Verbal and written communication with presentation skills
Problem-solving attitude
Competency in MS Office especially MS-Excel & MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of Canva or other design related tool
Knowledge of video creation would be an add-on
People oriented and results driven

2+ Year experience
Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech Preferred) + MBA HR/PGDM / Degree in Human Resources/Communication
