Position Overview: The Boeing Communications & Collaboration (C&C) Product Family is looking for an Experienced System Design & Integration Specialist-Enterprise Portal Services with experience to support the Enterprise Portal platforms in Bangalore, India . The developer will support customers and vendors (with restricted access) and focus on key objectives and priorities using Agile and SAFe Methodologies. The Portal provides users with the ability to easily access information, applications, tools, and social connections within a single website. Portal sites unify relevant content from multiple sources into a single, secure, highly visual and easily managed site A successful candidate will understand the importance of Portal as the position will focus on working directly with the Communication & Collaboration (C&C) Product Family – Portal Team to implement Product Development efforts to enable C&C to meet their Program Increment (PI) goals. Experience with Agile and CI/CD pipeline development of product deliverables Experience with web interfaces and user experience Provide application support for product maintenance and enhancements Engage with Agile team by vetting end user requirements to design prototypes, test plans for end users and release/deployment plan Maintain servers and development environments Project Management On-Call Support Position Responsibilities: Experience analysis, design, configuring, programming, and unit testing for Web Portal applications Engage with Agile team by vetting end user requirements in non-production test environments to test plans for end users and release/deployment plan. Support business-driven portal requirements management and governance, including change and configuration management. Provide project management oversight and facilitation support for portal application and forms development and implementation activities Configure, operate, and maintain portal Forms Experience Builder capabilities, templates, and processes. Forms Integrated and End User Product Testing Portal Forms Customer Engagement, Consultation, Requirements Gathering, Training and Product Demo Content Management for Leap - Help Site Portal Customer Persona and Business Test Case Scripting Develop and maintain portal theme, page / portlet interfaces and features, core portlets, core services, and business unit-specific portlets and customizations Metrics and Reporting for Forms Configure, operate, and maintain portal Forms Experience Builder capabilities, templates, and processes. Support Service Management requirements and lifecycle process for all portal services Support Portal Application portal metrics and analytic data Forms Integrated and End User Product Testing Leap Application Testing GSEP Portal Forms Catalog Request Fulfillment for customer support On-Call Level 3 Operational Duty Rotation Support (Escalations, Customers) Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
