As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
In this role you will help us
· ServiceNow Development: Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and features using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
· Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow platform according to business needs and requirements. This may include creating workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
· Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and end-to-end automation.
· Incident and Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications, collaborating with support teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
· Best Practices: Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards to ensure the stability, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and technical processes for reference and future improvements.
· Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
· Upgrades and Enhancements: Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Skills required to contribute:
We’re looking for someone with:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in platform customization and configuration.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
· Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD Suit
· Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, or other methods.
· Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ITIL framework.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
