Responsibilities
• Provide feedback to Client business units and/or supplier on issues
• Provide a single point of contact for order issues which are raised by Client or the supplier
• Assist in identifying the specific type of issue and contact the relevant parties at Client Organization and/or the supplier who can provide mentorship on issue resolution
• Document the order issue and the resolution reached
• Participate in and provide data for supplier audits
• Set up new users
• Manage access
• Resolve login issues
• Answer how-to questions
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications and skills
• Bachelor in commerce
• Experience in Procurement Function
• Basic analytical and problem solving Skills
• Stakeholder Management
• 2-4 Years’ Experience in Procurement function
Preferred Qualification
• Coupa / Ariba Preferred
