Understanding of tooling and in plant processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to develop an action plan and drive the procedures for issue resolution.
Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad is a plus.
Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Description :
Deploy quality management tools for the qualification of incoming parts and assemblies.
Responsible for issue Root Cause Analysis.
Update supplier compliance dashboard and lead quality reviews, prioritizing supplier compliance actions consistent with expected vehicle quality.
Responsible for the compliance and quality of parts and assemblies.
Responsible for approving Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) / Product Parts Approval Plan (PPAP) deliverables. *Responsible for ensuring the application of all functional compliant processes.
Lead supplier quality reviews to ensure compliance actions consistent with vehicle quality.
Propose pilots for issue resolution.
Responsible for escalation process based on the business criteria for parts and assemblies.
Leads coaching for the strategic suppliers on the execution of complaint process and issue resolution.
Ensures root cause analysis and manages change requests to guarantee 100% quality at launch.
Manage correlation of measurements to KPIs and ensures data integrity.
Performing root cause analysis of quality issues, often using advanced problem-solving tools (Kepner-Tregoe, Shainin Red X, Design of Experiments, etc.) recommending and implement cost-effective permanent corrective actions.
Analyze quality data from internal and external indicators.
Manage engineering changes working with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution.
Conduct product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process change before full implementation and will be the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents.
Ensure delivery of third-party quality metrics, provide creative thinking to the analysis of data and the identification of new opportunities.
Plan, prioritize, set goals and manage multiple projects in a technical and business environment.
