Job Description : As an Experienced Voice Developer , you will be designing, maintaining, and supporting software used in Workplace Solution Voice Service organization. The Voice Developer will configure, maintain, and administrate COTS IT system monitoring software such as IR Prognosis, TONE ReliaTel, and Netplus. The Voice Developer will also configure, maintain, and administrate in-house Voice Engineering tools such as Vert. As a Voice Developer, you will be upgrading and patching Voice Engineering tools to keep updated and compliant. Candidate will work with Voice Engineers to investigate and fix issues of the Boeing enterprise communication system. Position Responsibilities: Work with Voice Engineers to investigate and fix issues of the Boeing enterprise communication system. Function as a liaison with vendors on requests and defects fixing on those COTS software. Develop and maintain reporting scripts and batch jobs. Generate reports. Windows and Linux server administration. Leads others to identify, evaluate and document complex computing system requirements. Leads activities to architect, design, build and test delivery systems and components. Provides technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments. Provides technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of complex delivery systems. Works with appropriate product supplier for improvements and issues not resolved in-house. Chooses appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, problem management, capacity/performance management and operational management. Coordination with customers and vendors on break fix tickets and major incidents Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher level of education Basic knowledge on different telephony systems and technologies (VoIP, Analog, PBX, IP, etc.) Network routing experience Ability to collaborate multi-functionally with different departments and vendors Strong analytical skills and able to work independently to solve challenging problems Knowledgeable on UNIX/LINUX and Windows Server Administration Knowledgeable on VMWare Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines Strong analytical skills and able to work independently to solve challenging problems Familiarity with Cisco and Microsoft (Skype for Business and MS Teams) infrastructure Experience with common scripting tools such as Perl, Shell, etc. Experience with database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle SQL Experience with Visual Basic for Application – VBA Code Experience with Microsoft PowerShell scripting Typical Education/Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 8 -12 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Relocation: This position offers relocation within India
