As a Technical Writer for the Local Government GBU you will play a critical role in documenting a suite of service that focus on user experience, performance, AI/ML, real-time event and data processing. As a team member, you must not only follow best practices, standards, and processes employed by our team, but feel comfortable contributing to them as well. You will have strong communication skills with a penchant for radiating information. You enjoy rapid iteration and working closely with Product to design UIs that will delight our users. Minimum 8+ years of technical writing experience is required. 5 years of experience working with the following:
As a member of the technical writing division, you will organize and prepare information for publication and develop publication concepts for the best communication of subject matter. Review technical information prepared by other staff members for clarity and content. Take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
