Job description: Job Role (Define At least 6 points which candidate is supposed to do) Define / Test Plan for the ATE Testing and Silicon Qualification Develop Test program for Final ATE and wafer sort testing based on Advantest Verigy-93K Work with Customer / Probe card & load board vendor and validate the HW Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc. Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software) Develop team technical competency. Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution. Conduct product test and releases review, approve the test program releases Maintain and improve the product test process To analyze and define electrical system requirements. To troubleshoot and debug electrical sub-systems for system integration and guide team members for repair activities. To review the design and schematics of electrical systemsorsub-systems. To manageorcontrol the technical changes in the system. To manage vendororsupplier relationship to ensure timely availability of resources.
