Job description :
-Transform stakeholder inputs into process flows
- Generate initial process documentation to be refined by technical writers
- Ability to resolve and guide production teams for any queries arising from production related to the existing processes and provide timely resolution
- Requirements gathering for process update, testing the process flows in liaison with internal cross functional teams, e2e collaboration for a smooth launch of new processes in production
- Fully understand and map all possible risks, dependencies and implications for each and every process change (or) introduction of a new scope/process.
Required:
- 7 + years in process engineering and knowledge of process related standards
- Experience in generating process documentation.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements
- Creation of Process Flow (up to L4 level)
- Ability to handle vague requirements and work with multiple stakeholders across geographies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Experience in analysing the business Requirements and converting them into production consumable documentation
- Ability to understand upstream and downstream risks and mitigation
