Job Description:- Manager – Project Sales Must have:- Hunger for growth Right attitude for sales Ownership & Result oriented Bias for action & self motivated Key Responsibilities (KRA):- Achieve the set Sales targets through Projects segment in the assigned region. Implement sales strategy, schemes, discounts, promotions for channel & SI partners in line with company guidelines. Building project funnel for monthly closures and future pipeline. Develop and maintain network with consultant, contractors, and customers. Liaisoning with various Consultants/Private companies/Govt. Dept/PSUs/Contractors. Follow up with various Divisions, Dist Offices, Project Sites. Focus on timely collection from the channel partners & monitor overdue closely. Responsible for identifying growth opportunities, channel expansion and devise regional sales strategies in line with AOP. Build and maintain good rapport with system integrator, top dealers, direct customers, applicators and ensure customer satisfaction. Regular travel in the region for business development and closely monitoring projects, market activities & operations. To share MIS / market information with Sales, marketing managers or head office based team as required from time to time. Ensure timely submission of the reports. Coordinate with other stakeholders like finance, marketing, logistics, customer support teams to complete deliverables on time. Eligibility:- Education – Graduation minimum 6 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years in project sales of CCTV/Surveillance. Core field experience for CCTV/Surveillance products etc & ready to travel extensively. Be as an ambassador for the company to communicate all the initiatives, changes and expectations of the organization to the market. Also understand the expectations of the market and communicate to senior management for taking timely actions.
