Job Summary

Mandatory Technical Skills ▸ 8+ years Oracle fusion HCM experience ▸ Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM ▸ Proficiency in Redwood UX: Page Composer, VBS, Redwood themes, Smart/Quick Actions ▸ Strong VBCS development: REST API integrations, custom pages, event handlers, service connections ▸ Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula (Core HR & Payroll) ▸ Deep knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL for mass data management ▸ Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integration scenarios ▸ REST API and SOAP web services development using Fusion HCM APIs Functional Domain Knowledge ▸ Strong understanding of Core HR (Global HR), Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits ▸ Ability to translate complex HR business requirements into scalable Fusion HCM configurations

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
