About this opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering  or Technology Student to join our team!

In this role, you will provide support for process improvements and automation by assisting with system configurations, hardware, equipment, and documentation. You will be involved in running process improvements and automation on Ericsson products and ensuring that all aspects of the product meet performance and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment while contributing to the success of cutting-edge technologies.

What you will do:

• Assisting with system configurations, hardware setups, and test documentation.
• Conducting process improvements and automation of Ericsson products to ensure performance and quality standards.
• Supporting the engineering team in optimizing and improving  procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate design improvements into the automation process.
• Providing insights for continuous product and process enhancements based on test results.

The skills you bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Technology;
• Technical education is a plus;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Availability to work 100% onsite at the São José dos Campos facility.Availability to work in São José dos Campos
