Description

This position is for a Payroll Experience Program Specialist who will introduce and manage employee experience improvement initiatives and projects within the payroll department.

The Global Payroll Experience team seeks a candidate to extract and analyze data, translate business challenges into problem statements, write BRDs, create user-friendly content, drive global projects, standardize processes, and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
The ideal candidate has a background in business analysis, content writing, and, with experience, driving global projects in technical or non-technical environments. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently in a continues improvement environment, and sound judgment based on data and artifacts.

Key job responsibilities
· Direct, support, and coach project team members and stakeholders; report on project progress and status.
· Collaborate with payroll operations, HR, product, and technology teams on joint initiatives.
· Create user-friendly content that enables self-service and improves customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
- Six Sigma Black Belt

Preferred Qualifications

- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- PMP, or MBA
