Solution Architect - Azure DevOps, Terraform

Job Summary

Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery across Networks, Cloud, Digital Workplace (DWP), Tools, and Automation domains. The role will drive scalable, secure, and automation-first solutions aligned to business outcomes, ensuring seamless integration across towers and lifecycle phases (transition, transformation, BAU).

Key Responsibilities

 Own end-to-end solution architecture across multi-tower infrastructure (Networks, Cloud, DWP, Tools, Automation). Design scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized solutions aligned to client strategy and enterprise architecture standards. Lead solutioning for RFPs, transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive automation-first approach, leveraging AIOps, self-heal, orchestration, and DevOps pipelines. Collaborate with tower architects and SMEs to ensure integrated, cross-functional designs. Define tooling strategy and integration roadmap (e.g., monitoring, ITSM, observability platforms). Govern adherence to security, compliance, and best practices across all solutions. Provide technical leadership during transitions, migrations, and major programs. Engage with stakeholders (client, delivery, pre-sales) to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Skill Requirements

Strong expertise across: Cloud Platforms: Azure/AWS (architecture, migration, governance) Networks: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, security, connectivity design Digital Workplace: End-user computing, VDI, collaboration tools Tools & Monitoring: Datadog, Azure Monitor, ITSM (ServiceNow), observability platforms Automation: Scripting, orchestration, AIOps, CI/CD pipelines Experience in multi-tower managed services / SIAM environments Strong understanding of ITIL, SRE, and enterprise architecture frameworks Proven ability to design high-availability and secure architectures

Other Requirements

15+ years in IT infrastructure/services with significant solution architecture experience Proven track record in large-scale transformation / global delivery engagements Certifications in Cloud (Azure/AWS), Architecture (TOGAF), or relevant domains preferred Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
