We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales member  to oversee and manage our business in Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and Pune.

Key responsibilties :

  • Implement actions that result in sales that are in line with overall company objectives and goals of the division.
  • Promote Atlas Copco Ecosystem and key account management for the specified territory. 
  • Develop and promote customer relationships with the objective of gaining a clear understanding of the customer needs and a means to satisfy them.
  • Manage and develop the channels to market in the assigned territory.
  • Assess and define customer applications so that the correct product portfolio can be recommended.
  • Plan, organize, and administer product demonstrations as a means to promote our products.
  • Developing existing and new channels of distribution for range of pneumatic and electric products.
  • Supporting the business growth through exhibitions and demonstrations.
  • Building an effective business relationship with key accounts, distribution and customers at all levels and undertakes presentations in order to enhance the company profile.
  • Managing the sale of all products and  influencing  the  sale at in allocated Territory.
  • Developing a distribution structure focused specifically on each brand. Management of new product introduction into the market, responsible for product launches, training, evaluation.
  • Effective provision of sales data, including the timely recordings of visit, action reports and analysis of sales performance against budget using Salesforce CRM.
  • To develop good receivables collection culture and ensure collections effectively on regular basis.
  • Improving his/her own efficiency and maintaining Territory Management System
  • Experience in handling automotive customers is an added advantage
