Senior Project Lead

Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Actimize upgrade initiatives across IFM, AIS, and ActOne platforms. Drive modernization of custom Java plugins, perform impact analysis, and ensure seamless deployment. Provide technical leadership, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery with minimal risk and downtime. 

Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/review.
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
4. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Skill Requirements

Must have:  Actimize IFM, AIS, UDM, ActOne, Java plugins, SQL, Unix

Good to Have : Openshift, Control-M , Gitlab, with ActOne & AIS/IFM upgrade experience and plugin modernization, integrations, and enterprise application deployment
