Your role
- Actively hunt for new customers and turn leads into signed business while growing existing accounts within your assigned region
- Spend most of your time in the field — meeting customers, understanding their processes, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust your sales approach
- Plan and execute targeted sales activities, manage your pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports
To succeed, you will need
- Completed secondary education (technical background is an advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, ideally with technical or industrial products
- Communicate confidently in Czech and English in both customer-facing and internal settings
- Hold a valid driving license and are ready to spend most of your time traveling within your region
- Comfortable working independently in a home-based role with a high level of ownership
