You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for our visitors and team members. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement and Administration), manage front-desk operations, and provide administrative support for procurement activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of greeting and directing visitors, maintaining security procedures, and processing purchase orders, but also contribute to ensuring the smooth flow of communication and operations within the organization.
We’ll look to you for:
Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately
Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
Managing employee and department directories to assist visitors
Ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness procedures for the reception area
Monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges to maintain security
Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to support team continuity
Providing administrative support to the Procurement team, including processing purchase orders and goods receipts
