Job Title: HRBP Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HRBP Intern to support HRBP in daily people-related activities and HR operations. This role is a good opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business partnering, employee lifecycle support, reporting, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HRBPs in daily HR operations and employee matters
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Help prepare HR reports, data analysis, and presentations
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and internal communication
• Support HR projects, engagement activities, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good attention to detail and sense of confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English;
