The Dealer Development (Network) team is looking for a new team member to provide hands on support to our organization to help drive initiatives that result in improved performance.  A strong dealer network grows sales volumes, delivers the best customer experience, and achieves healthy profits.  The team member will play a role in reviewing dealer and market information, analyzing metrics, and reporting trends.  Further, the team member will coordinate business management activities and support teams who are managing databases, sustainability and customer experience initiatives, and dealer building projects.  The role is for a person who is comfortable working with experts in a field, interpreting input, summarizing key findings, and balancing data and instinct.

What you'll do

-    Sit alongside teams to learn, and contribute to discussions, about the dealer network, automotive franchising and sales
-    You will dig into industry insights and our dealer network looking at performance, volumes, and other data 
-    Validate and prepare department data for accurate analysis
-    Update KPIs, monitor dashboards, and flag trends or anomalies
-    Support financial reviews with revenue analysis, variance checks, and basic modeling
-    Collaborate across teams to track the Bonus & Margin program and enhance network performance
-    Draft communications for process and performance improvements
-    Project coordination with dealer building designs, sustainability activities, and solar energy solutions

What you'll bring

-    2-3 years of general business management, financial management, and/or marketing course work at the university level
-    Prior project management or internship preferred 
-    Keeps up with fast-paced environment
-    Self-driven, strong work ethic, and go-getter attitude
-    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly using Excel and Power Point
-    Possesses good analytical and written/verbal communications
-    Ability to solicit input from variety of teams, interpret feedback, and summarize/present key findings

SALARY & BENEFITS
The hourly compensation for this internship is $22.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered is based on factors such as a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education, and overall alignment with organizational needs.
