In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Promote Emerson’s full portfolio of solutions, including lifecycle services, integrated systems, and gas technologies.
- Drive lifecycle services growth across the national territory, collaborating closely with operations and execution teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers through regular engagement, networking, and site visits.
- Manage the full opportunity lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with proposal, engineering, operations, and other business units to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance offerings.
- Maintain accurate and consistent reporting through CRM systems and sales tools, dedicating time daily to pipeline management and forecasting.
- Contribute to forecasting and provide regular updates to leadership to support business planning and performance tracking.
- Operate in line with Emerson’s ethics, compliance, and quality standards at all times.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in the Natural Gas, Oil & Gas, or related energy sectors, ideally with exposure to lifecycle services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of industrial customers, OEM environments, or gas distribution and transmission markets.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within defined strategic frameworks.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and working knowledge of English.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The total compensation salary range for this role is 51.500 to 95.600 EUR annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
